Following on from my "Paper, Scissors, Stone" exhibition in 2008 at the First Garden City Museum in Letchworth - I contacted Byard Art in Cambridge to see if they would like to exhibit my work. I was delighted when they wanted pieces straight away and it started a relationship with the gallery until the coronavirus crisis in 2020. My work had changed quite a bit and after 13 years represented by the gallery I felt it was time to have space to develop my work and try new things. It was a leap into the dark but the time really gave me space to make new pieces, and work in a much freer way. This Cambridge work lead to me being featured on the cover of Cambridge Edition many times and starting my greetings card business too so I am very grateful for the experience of exhibiting at Byard Art.
